why we gather

On Friday, March 22, 2019, Mosaic Ceiling will host their 2nd Annual Women of Color & Culture Power Summit (WOCC) at the Four Seasons Hotel in St. Louis, MO. The 2019 theme: IT IS WELL

More than 200 women from the region will come together for an explosive day of connection, education and empowerment. This full day event will offer a platform for diverse voices to share how intentionality, commitment and even failures will and can lead to success. Programming will highlight testimonies, strategies and resources for professional and personal wellness. Attendees will experience networking, a keynote conversation, power panels, breakout sessions, a midday mixer luncheon and more. Programming has been curated to motivate and reinforce learning while causing women to realize their potential and rethink what's possible.

Join us as we expand our networks, develop new friendships, get inspired, gain new insights and get equipped with new tools to live and lead in purpose, on purpose...and to do it WELL.
