Mosaic Ceiling is a Midwest based 501(c)3 nonprofit organization building a community to drive social change for women of color and culture...inclusive to all women. We embrace multiculturalism, respecting and appreciating the achievements, commonalities and differences amongst the women we serve.

By the year 2050: Women of color will make up 53% 

of the world’s population.

*The number of businesses owned by African American women grew 322% since 1997, making black females the fastest growing group of entrepreneurs in the U.S. (Source: Haimerl, Amy, Fortune 500)  

Studies show that women will not reach pay equity until 2059.

White women will reach pay equity by 2056.

Black women will not reach pay equity until 2124.

Hispanic and Latina women projected to reach pay equity in 2248.
