Projections show that at the current rate of advancement, women and men won't be equally represented in leadership until 2085! Women of color will make up the majority of the female population in the United States by 2050.  The harsh reality is that the talent pipeline is clogged, and women are faced with disproportionate barriers in the workplace, healthcare, education attainment and other areas of life and career progression. 

Mosaic Ceiling is a Midwest based 501(c)3 nonprofit organization building a global community to drive social change for women of color and culture, inclusive to all women.
